What did I learn in Seventh Grade English?

In my seventh-grade English class, I learned a lot about grammar, literature, and writing. We studied different types of literature like poetry, short stories, and novels. We also learned about figurative language, sentence structure, and punctuation. Additionally, we worked on writing skills like outlining, brainstorming, and editing.

What were my strengths in English?

One of my strengths in English is writing. I enjoy putting my thoughts and ideas on paper and expressing myself through words. I also have a good understanding of grammar and punctuation, which helped me to write clear and concise sentences. In addition, I did well in analyzing literature and identifying literary devices.

What were my weaknesses in English?

My main weakness in English is public speaking. I get nervous when speaking in front of a large group and tend to stumble over my words. Another weakness is time management. Sometimes I struggle to complete assignments on time, which causes me stress and anxiety.

What did I do to improve my skills?

To improve my public speaking skills, I joined the school debate team and participated in class presentations. I also practiced speaking in front of a mirror to work on my delivery.
